In the evening I went with Karen's dad back to the house to work on getting some things ready for Karen. My parents were already there and had done most of the painting on the bathrooms that had been previously prepped.

Karen went in for her follow up scan to see how well the chemo is progressing. She had to drink some contrast which she said tasted like vanilla flavored glue. She managed to keep down all of the stuff she drank the night before but the morning of the scan she couldn't keep any of it down. If that wasn't enough, once in for the scan they also gave her an IV contrast. After that we went over to visit Becca for a bit.
